How to create an account
Did you know many of your questions and transactions can be handled from your online account? If you don't have an online account, here's how to get one:
- Click/tap the Log in Help & Sign Up at the top of the page
- Click/tap Sign up for an online account
- Enter all the required (*) information
- Click/tap the Continue button to proceed through the process
How to reset your password
If you need to reset your password, here's how:
- Click/tap the Log in Help & Sign Up at the top of the page
- Click/tap Forgot username/Password
- Enter all required (*) information
- Click/tap the Continue button to proceed through the process
Navigating our planning tools and investment exchanges
Accessing planning tools
Once you've logged in to your account, you'll have immediate access to My Interactive Retirement PlannerSM, a tool that helps you see how on track you are for retirement.
Managing your investments
You have access to a host of online features to help you manage your account, including updating your contribution amounts and making fund exchanges. To make changes to your investments:
- Enter your Username & Password and click/tap the Log in button
- From the menu select Manage My Funds
- Select Exchange Funds
- Click/tap the Continue button
- Select the fund From which you would like to move your money
- Click/tap the Continue button
- For each fund you’d like to move money To, enter a percentage
Notes: To see more funds, you may have to click/tap the Next button. Your percentages must add up to 100%.
- Click/tap the Continue button
- Review your changes and click/tap the Submit button
There is an Excessive Trading Policy that may restrict to the number of exchanges you can complete per year. If you have questions you can contact your Retirement Specialist.
